Abstract
There are many needs for high precision, small and realtime sensors for various measurements in mechatronics. Our paper focus on the presentation of the main principles and application possibilities of sensors that incorporating magnetostriction effects. This paper shows our recent results of magnetostricion sensor development especially of sensors of mechanical quantities.
