            Abstract : 
Some algorithms are usually used in the database encryption such as AES, DES, RSA and so on. The paper analyzes the AES algorithm and S-box structure, and then a replace plan based on the S-box structure is proposed. This plan carries on the affine transformation and the inverse of multiplication, at the same time a new affine transform pair is used to replace the original affine transform pair. The simulation experiment indicated the improved S-box has solved the original S-box´s shortcomings of the algebraic expression and the iteration cycle, effectively enhanced the AES algorithm´s ability in resisting algebra computation attack and difference attack.
