Abstract :
By introducing a triad formation mechanism, a weighted evolving model of complex network is proposed. According to the evolving mechanism, the model gives power-law distributions of degree, weight and strength, as confirmed in many real networks. Our models have been inspired by the weighted network model proposed by BBV, and can be considered as a meaningful development of their original work.
