Abstract
Quality has become the most important factor for the survival of educational institution. How to improve the quality of education so as to meet the requirements of customer is becoming one big challenge faced by universities. Thus, this paper firstly presents a method for analyzing and prioritizing requirements from the perspective of employers. Then, the author takes the course of management as an example and uses QFD methodology for identifying different teaching methods and evaluating their effectiveness in meeting employers´ expectations. The results show that the most effective teaching methods are group work, case study, simulated teaching, internship and class discussion.
