Abstract :
This paper takes the quality control process of thrust washer thickness as an example, and applies the technology of Statistical Process Control (SPC) to the entire process. In order to achieve the process monitoring, information feedback and exception diagnosis of the entire thickness process, this paper developed Measurement System Analysis (MSA) module and Expert Diagnostic System (EDS) module based on the technology of SPC. Lots of experiments reveal that the designed system can improve the process capability and ensure the product quality stability.
