Abstract :
By analysis of one 390 diesel engine strengthening sheet part, its´ expansion size is decided through calculation and related software. Cavity and punch´s working parts of bending and forming die are designed using CAE technology, their working parts simulation actions are produced by Mastercam software. While machined, if milling cutters and relative parameters are selected reasonably, more ideal moving tool route could be gotten. On the further more, plane video of cavity and punch´s detailed machining process might be obtained, in the meantime, die´s assembly drawing and parts´ drawings also could be designed.
