Abstract :
The control structure faces the impact vibrational state has the instantaneity and the unpredictability, the impact vibration magnitude and the duration has the wide range change, therefore the systems control design must grasp two key questions: One, analyzes according to the unique feature and the experience to attacks the vibrational state to carry on the graduation; Two, according to different vibrational state choice appropriate controlled variable. This article through control circuit design requests of MR damper analysis, has determined the controller circuitry. Through to the sensor signal recuperation electric circuit, the monolithic integrated circuit periphery electric circuit, the PWM electric circuit and so on the main circuit constituent design, realized the MR damper semi-active controller circuit design.
