Abstract :
Problems of land ecological security caused by the unreasonable utilization of land resource have influenced the sustainable development of society and economy. This paper selected areas along the Changjiang River in Anhui Province as study area. It constructed an evaluation index system of land ecological security based on Pressure-State-Response model. Considering the illegibility and uncertainty in land ecological security evaluation, the paper combined set pair analysis and entropy method to establish an evaluation model. Then it evaluated land ecological security conditions of the above areas in 2007. The results show that land ecological security conditions of Xuancheng and Hefei belong to “II” grade (relatively safe) and the other seven cities belong to “III” grade (critically safe). On the whole, land ecological security conditions of the nine cities are unsatisfactory. The results provide reference for agricultural development and environmental protection.
