Abstract :
China´s credit environment context of ambiguity, it is difficult to quantify the characteristics of a fuzzy language assessment Based on the scale and gives the corresponding expression of triangular fuzzy numbers, while the export generalized ordered weighted averaging (GIOWA) operator to the assembly, and calculates the evaluation results. Based on the credit environment, the social credit environment, government policy environment, an intermediary body to monitor the environment, in-house staff of four aspects of the environment are calculated. This model as the relevant departments for credit based on environmental assessment, the final case study to verify their.
