  • Abstract
    For implementing the online optimization control for the chemical product development process, based on web service technology, an online optimization service is proposed by encapsulating the optimization function of GAMS. Firstly, the GAMS service get real-time data from winCC control platform and goal function from Matlab linear regression service to create optimization control model, secondly it solves the optimization control model to get the optimal control conditions for getting the maximal output of goal chemical product, finally, the operator set the control in winCC with the optimal condition. The practicability and validity of the online optimization service is verified through the application in the product development process on Micro-Plant.
