Abstract
There are many abstract concepts and mathematic theory in electronic major courses which are difficult to understand, thus killing students´ interests in learning. This paper discusses the applications of Matlab which is used to assist teaching of electronic major courses. The practice shows that the emulation by Matlab not only visualizes the abstract theories but also improves students´ comprehensive ability and quality, increases teacher´s teaching means, so as to enhance classroom teaching effect.
