  • Abstract
    Established group E-learning is a pattern used frequently in E-learning, and individual factors play an important role in this pattern. People can analyses the influence following many aspects of teacher, tutor and students. Such as appropriate authority of the teacher´s through the study, teacher´s capacity of evaluation and organizing and supporting learning in the network, tutor´s model function and communicative competence On-line, students´ questioning of E-learning, self-monitoring ability, approval of appraisal mechanism, following the crowd psychology in E-learning. At last, people can find some effective measure to improve the function of E-learning.
