Abstract

Knowledge service is a deeper level of knowledge service. The paper analyses the tutoring requirements of junior high school students, puts forward an intelligent tutoring program base on knowledge service, and establishes the Web Intelligent Tutoring Knowledge Service System (WITKSS). WITKSS uses automatic reasoning based on knowledge to realize the intellectualization and automatization of the tutorship of objective mature problem, uses the technologies of computer, database and natural language understanding based on domain to realize the information transform and interconversion between numerous users and the system. Moreover, WITKSS provides real-time online operation mode, can better meet the tutoring needs of junior high school students. Nowadays,WITKSS has been in on-line service, is a useful attempt of the knowledge service system solving specific problems in real life.
