The thinking ground of educational innovation and fostering of creative talents-illustrated by the case of classification of enterprise organizational structure

The key of educational innovation and fostering of creative talents lies in training the independent thinking ability of students. Carrying out the course on “formal logics” is an effective means in improving the rational thinking ability. From the errors of relevant management works in classifying enterprise organizational structure, this paper presents the prerequisite for classification and the logical pattern for classifying. Aiming at enterprise organizational structure, this paper presents three appropriate classification standards and corresponding results. This paper refers that the set up of “formal logics” course should be an urgent demand for educational innovation and fostering of creative talents, thus fostering the idea of free thinking and independent spirits.
