Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The nature of the management discipline determines that management theory comes from practice, so there should not be any deviated problems between the theory and practice. However, in reality the problems indeed exist between management specialty teaching and the business community. Starting from this basic question, combining teaching and research experience, analyzing the reasons that theory deviates from practice, this paper puts forward the basic improved ideas to well promote the interaction between teaching and business, so as to cultivate more practical talents combining business theory and practice.
