Abstract :
Finite element method is utilized in this article to analyze the muffler suspension parts forepart fatigue damage problem, and an improvement design is presented according to stress distributing map and invalidation property of the connecting parts. The engineering practice indicates that the improvement design could solve the forepart fatigue damage problem very well, and improve the variable stiffness of the joints.
