Abstract :
Diffracted Gaussian beam analysis (DGBA) is a fast method for Quasi-optical systems analysis, and Periodic Method of Moment (PMM) is an efficient method for analyzing Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS). This paper introduces a 3D design software for Quasi-optical systems namely SiMatrix based on the integration of the DGBA and PMM. The SiMatrix offers the functionalities of visualized 3D modeling, systematic simulation and built-in post-processing. Those functionalities greatly facilitate the design and analysis of a Quasi-optical system.
