Abstract :
The problem of retail location decision-making is the most crucial issue for retail industry, which decide whether the retail operation would be successful. In this paper, we build a retail location factor system for evaluation on the basis of related factors. Surely, the construction of the factor system is based on traditional retail location theories. To ensure that the retail location decision-making process to be more scientific and rational, we construct the retail location decision-making model by combining AHP and entropy weight method together, and complete the decision-making process. The weights of the model are determined not only by considering experience of the experts, but also by the data-specific information behind the alternatives. We effectively improve the accuracy of retail location decision-making process through the combination of AHP and entropy weight method.
