Abstract :
Accessible web course is an ideal web learning platform to make anyone of any age, in any place and at any time; however their physical conditions and computer skills are. This paper discusses the core issues of the accessible web course through giving it an accurate definition and making a comparison between accessible web course and ordinary web course.
