Abstract :
Inconstant distance of optical beam has a direct effect on cutting quality of large plate in the process of laser cutting. In this paper, an identical optical compensative module was adopted in order to real-time compensate the optical distance of laser beam and keep the better options of laser constant cutting. By comparison of kerf slope between before and after compensation, the above structures can be valuable in improving the quality of laser cutting.
