  • Abstract
    Reactor is a typical process with pure delay and great inertia. Due to the influence of uncertain factors, its variants are difficult to control. Taking the inner temperature of reactor as controlled variable, this paper combined the PC with the controller, using dynamic PID algorithm to control the temperature. The content is mainly about the development of user interface (UI) based on VB6.0 and the design of regulator based on C8051F020 MCU, including hardware structure of controller, software design, serial communication, dynamic data-graph display and so on. Experiments on the reactor show that the design of software, hardware and dynamic PID algorithm are feasible and effective.
