Abstract :
The paper aimed at a new method based on Fuzzy Control and Lagrange Interpolation, to control and make decision of tobacco baking temperature. In the method, we calculated dry temperature and humidity the next scale time with Lagrange Interpolation through the dry temperature and humidity in the tobacco oven through the temperature of the sensors before the time, then control the degree of ventilation door next step under the guidance of the Fuzzy Control. Compared to the traditional simple Fuzzy Control method and Fuzzy-PID method, the results show that the new algorithm can control the temperature better to ensure the quality of the tobacco quality.
