Abstract :
With reference to the advantages of the side edge curve of the scimitar-chip rotary blade and the cutting edge curve of scimitar-chip, this paper analyzes the working principle and features of the straight knives, machetes and rotary blade. In order to reduce power consumption and increase corn stubble broken pass rate, this paper designed a new type of corn stubble chopper tool (crescent knife), and conducted fieldwork test. The results show that: the field operation of this new type of field straw chopper with corn stubble is effective, and the power consumption is low so that it is suitable to be widely used.
