Abstract :
This paper describes how to use Visual Basic to realize the remote monitoring system of PLC for automatic production line of Li/MnO2 coin cell battery. It introduces the principle of its composition, and specifically describes the means to achieve it. A more intuitive man-machine interface is programmed by Visual Basic, and the remote monitoring of devices on the workplace can be achieved through the signal acquisition of PLC and transmission by the industrial MORDEN technology. An experiment for 2 years proves that this remote monitoring system of PLC runs in a good condition.
