Abstract :
In order to understand the major causes of broken plastic pump impeller,In this paper, under the given working conditions, as well as the structure parameters of plastic pump impeller, sets up the three-dimensional model of plastic impeller by the Pro / E. Using the finite element method, carries on the static linear structure analysis to the impeller, obtains impeller´s stress isogram. Analysis of these stress isogram and combination of the material which the plastic impeller uses, may know the impeller which designs satisfies the request in the rigidity and the intensity aspect.
