Abstract :
In recent years, there has been a growing interest to implement the integration of information systems. For meeting the demands of product quality control and process monitoring in batch crystallization process. An approach of computer aided information integration is proposed based on OPC technology. A software toolkit for batch crystallization is developed through proposed approach. The toolkit integrates the crystallization process control and software analysis, in order to realize the crystal quality control. A case of the particle size distribution control of ammonium chloride is studied. The developed toolkit applies to crystallization process of ammonium chloride for process control and optimization.
