Abstract :
This paper focuses on the traffic division problems. First the necessity of Traffic Division is described. Nine indicators are selected from the conditions of transportation facilities, traffic operating and traffic environment to research the urban traffic area. And then the theory of traffic division is researched by using unsupervised classification methods. On basis of this, urban traffic cluster system is explored. It has provided some useful information for the analysis and evaluation of urban transportation.
