  • Abstract
Laminar cooling is one important part of control cooling in hot rolling mill, and coiling temperature is one important parameter of performance of hot strip. Aim of laminar cooling is to make hot rolled strip from high finishing roll temperature to requested coiling temperature. The linear analytical model is kernel in the general laminar cooling control. It presents laminar cooling system and its original mathematic model of someone rolling mill. A one-time analytical laminar cooling control model is built based on the Taylor formula on consideration of its accuracy shortcomings, and its feed-backward and self-learning model are brought forward too. The offline simulation results show this model meeting field requirements.
