  • Abstract
    This paper is presenting a novel approach for the design and implementation of a congestion avoidance framework for the development of WRED-type algorithms. The paper also proposes a method for dynamically adjustment of the queues length function of their average queue size. The algorithm developed uses this method which allows for a better use of the bandwidth of the link.
