This paper presents and estimates the impact of international outsourcing on Chinese industrial structure. The model is estimated using Industry -level panel data of resources-intensity industry, labor-intensive industry and capital-technology intensive industry. The results are that the assembling parts processing trade has a positive effective on the resources intensity and capital- technology intensive industry, and a negative effective on the labor-intensive industry. Effect of the imported raw material processing trade on the industry is just right opposite. Therefore, the contract international outsourcing has the positive significance to Chinese industry internal structure optimization.
