In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education, university reform of state-owned assets in the promotion and development of higher education play an important role, but a significant increase in state-owned assets, assets consisting of the gradual diversification of the state-owned assets management of the new challenges. Idle assets, repeat purchase, assets and other phenomena occur, how to take the initiative to adapt to the market economy, to ensure the safety and integrity of state assets, and increase the value, and promote efficient use of state-owned assets and reasonable allocation, has become an important issue facing universities.
