            Abstract : 
This paper designed a control system of LD pumped Nd(3+) : YVO4 solid-state laser based on AduC7028, in which NTC and BPW34 photo electricity diode are used as the sensor of temperature and light-intensity respectively. Adopting temperature-control logic combined with digital PID and power-feedback, the stability of the output power and the S/N has been largely improved.
