Abstract :
According to the characteristics and the process conditions of continuous reheating furnace, a scheme is discussed which combines detection data belonging to pull steel rate P, discharging steel billet surface temperature and residual oxygen in flue gas with furnace combustion process control. Actual application shows that this method is feasible and significantly meaningful to reduce the loss of billet and oil consumption, improve yield and reduce environmental pollution and so on.
