The main difficulty of a logistic management problem is in the face of uncertainty about the future. Since many logistic model encounter uncertainty and noisy data in which variables or parameters have the probability of occurrence. In this paper, the problem of the logistics distribution under the uncertain production cost is considered. The changes of production cost are described in the different scenarios. And the relationship between demand and price is described by denoting the classical demand theory of economics. Applying the robust linear programming approach, on the basis of the robust operation model of the logistics distribution, the optimum operating strategy with the uncertain production cost is obtained. Designing a model of numeral example and using it to verify the model.
