Abstract :
The detecting system is a sub-system of closed loop control system for rotary-screen printing machine, which is developed with several sub-functional modules. The system can not only calculate the precision, but also display total output of dyeing cloth and motor speed. In order to improve precision, a new, simple and effective way is given based on hardware and software, from which, the system´s precision has reached the requirement. It can improve register precision of rotary-screen or flat-screen printing machine, from which machine´s entirely control system of closed loop can be developed.
