Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

For the problem of community increasing demand for talents and the structural excess demand for talents, the type of college-trained people should adapt to social needs, this paper makes decisions with AHP for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, came to the conclusion that in colleges and universities the weight ratio of comprehensive talent training is 41.867% under the overall goal of G, the weight ratio of cultivation of researching talent training is 42.1456% under the overall goal of G, the weight ratio of skilled talent training is 15.9874% under the overall goal of G.
