After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

“5.12” China Wenchuan earthquake had brought about tremendous losses to the country and the people. At the same time, it has also brought a profound lesson. This paper rethinks the status quo of prevention disaster in china countryside areas, and analysis prevention disaster in rural environment system with the viewpoint of the dynamic evolution. Only adjusting to the local economy to prevent disaster in rural environment system, can prevention disaster and mitigation disaster design be carried out in the evolution process of rural development.
