  • Abstract
    Most hierarchical access control schemes are based on a trusted center, the keys of users will be fully exposed to it, which has brought potential problems for the scheme´s security. This paper presents a hierarchical access control scheme based on the semi-trusted center. The user divides secret key into many shares and sends them to the semi-trusted centers separately. The centers will produce many public parameters and combine with secret sharing to achieve access control. Not only has this scheme overcome majority schemes shortcoming, but also the safety and efficiency have been improved, which has a very high practical value in the hierarchical access control.
