Abstract :
A novel adaptive time delay estimation algorithm based on SCOT weighted and minimum dispersion criterion is proposed in this paper. It is the estimator independent of priori knowledge and has the dynamic tracking ability. Theoretic analysis and the results of computer simulation indicate that the new algorithm performs robustly under both Gaussian and fractional lower order alpha stable environments.
