Abstract :
Based on the distributed wireless networks, this paper proposes a new MAC mechanism protocol (DDPRMA) which could support voice and data transmitting together. First, we describe the protocol in the way of finite states diagram. Then the mathematic model has been built to analyze the DDPRAM performance. Finally the mechanism compared with the CSMA/CA mechanism. Simulation results show that the performance of DDPRMA is more suitable than the CAMA/CA for voice traffic.
