Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this paper, by two relations belong to (∈) and quasi-coincidence ( q ) between fuzzy points and fuzzy sets, the notions of (α,β) -fuzzy filters, the level filters in effect algebras are introduced where α, β are any two of {∈,q,∈,νq,∈,∧,q} with α ≠∈∧q. Their properties are discussed, some theorems which determine the relationship between these (α,β) -fuzzy filters and its level filters are stated and proved.
