  • Abstract
    “Network Information System” has emerged as an important research field. Researchers in computer science have successfully developed some network technologies includes security solutions, information query protocols, and data management services. However, along with the development of wireless network technology, there is a need of solution for efficient information interaction re-scheduling in the network information system. In this paper, a new method to solve the exchange of information is proposed, called the SMNS (Short Messages Network System) based on the complex network structure of multilayer system. This network system solution which is oriented bank application is based on multilayer structures. The system architecture for exchanging information in complex network, and short messages business are designed, mostly functions of initiative and passivity services are discussed in this paper. Also the algorithm of network communication and XML messages are primarily described. The bank services and bank new business are accelerated by applying this system. The proposed mechanisms have shown good efficiency in a network environment.
