  • Abstract
    In multiview distributed video coding (DVC) systems, both temporal and inter-view correlations can be exploited through a fusion scheme to generate a better side information (SI) in order to improve the rate distortion (R-D) performance. However, many fusion methods available can not always achieve considerable performance for the influence of some subjective factors. In this paper, we present a new fusion scheme for side information generation based on fuzzy control. Experimental results show that our scheme has good performance in a variety of test conditions.
