    As Camphora essential oil has excellent antibacterial properties, studying camphora oil could provide a theoretical basis for the discovery and development a new high-performance and low toxicity of antimicrobial agents. According to the results of this study, the essential oil of Camphor wood has natural anti-bacterial function, it is bacteria suppression on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Shigella, and Bacillus thuringiensis. The way of oil extraction methods have a significant impact on results, essential oils with SFE-CO2 extraction´s anti-bacterial function is best. There existed definite synergism between different components in essential oil to different tested microbes.
