Abstract :
Thermal power enterprise´s environmental sustainable development is an important component of the sustainable development of China´s electric power industry. This paper presents a new thermal power enterprise environment evaluation model for sustainable development based on SA-BP neural network. This evaluation model has the advantage of more accurate and convenient. Moreover, it doesn´t have to analyze the relation among the influential factors, and it will not influence the evaluation result when other unimportant factors are input the database. According to the examples of 10 power plants, the result of calculations is satisfactory. There is a certain practical value in this new model, which can evaluate the environmental sustainable development capability for thermal power enterprise in accuracy.
