Abstract :
In this paper, on the basis of researching LBS and SVG technologies, we proposed an approach and strategy to build the LBS service system based on the SVG service components for the purpose of achieving the show of project survey data graphics in the construction site, and applied to design of the actual system. Enhanced system´s flexibility and extendibility, implements data communications between the mobile client and Web Services. Introduce the LBS system software architecture and the realization of Mobile client function in detail.
