After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article through analysis community commercial and the community life interaction fusion, pointed out that community commercial the development to constructed the opening community and the stimulation community vigor has had the positive influence, proposed that the community commercial impetus realized the community ecology and the human occupies the cultural value as well as the neighborhood community shares to the urban open natural ecology space.
