The world financial crisis and economic downturn severely impact on Chinese coastal areas´ economy. In addition to the adverse surrounding environment, the OEMs face the foreign motherboard manufacturers´ holding core technology. That is a valuable asset. If on this basis, firms can do great efforts to explore their own product, to create and manage their own brand. They can survive by independence from motherboard manufacturer´s control of brand and channels; it will be of great significance to go out of financial crisis embarrassment. Ideas and features of present industry on operation will be worth to think and learn for OEMs in other field.
