In order to examine phenanthrine desorption of the phenanthrine in aeration zones and acquifer, soil from top soil layer, lower aeration zone and acquifer of the vertical profile of the four points in Zhangshi Irrigation area are taken as sample soil, phenanthrine as typical pollutant. The experiment is continuous batch adsorption-desorption experiment whose data are derived from linear models and freundlich model of fit. HI index of thermodynamics is used for characterization. The results of the experiment show that the desorption of phenanthrine in aeration zone and acquifer can be generally divided into the quick desorption process at the start and the slow desorption process in the subsequent phase. There is an outstanding sorption hysteresis in the phenanthrine continuous adsorption-desorption process. The Hysteresis coefficients (HI) gives quantitative proof of the relevance of its tendency and organic content in soil.
