    In order to find out whether ASM models could be used in describing the dynamic characteristics of micrograms in SMBR, this paper constructs an ASM1-based dynamic model for SMBR. After an experiment and parameters sensitivity analysis, a methodology for calibration is proposed. Though the results of simulation are not so satisfactory, but it is a good try to use ASM1 model in SMBR. It will provide a useful reference for the next researches.
